Our Story
ESSA Yapı was founded in 2007 by the Sarıoğlu family. For several years the family, one of Turkey’s largest fabric manufacturers in the textile industry, real-estate investments was decided to gather under one roof to establish a construction and real estate company. At first, the company built and leased offices and commercial buildings, and later stepped into the branded housing area with the ESSA brand. On the way he started by developing high-quality, design-oriented boutique housing projects with a sense of neighborhood, he completed three housing projects in the Çekmeköy region of Istanbul and delivered them to their owners.
