Our Story
Essa Yapı was founded in 2007 by the Sarıoğlu family. For several years the family, one of Turkey's largest fabric manufacturers in the textile industry, real-estate investments was decided to gather under one roof to establish a construction and real estate company. At first, the company built and leased offices and commercial buildings, and later stepped into the branded housing area with the ESSA brand. He completed three housing projects in Çekmeköy, Istanbul on the way he started by developing high-quality, design-oriented boutique housing projects with a sense of neighborhood and delivered them to their owners.
ESSA Yapı started out with the enthusiasm to produce high-quality projects almost 15 years ago, now with the new generation joining, ESSA Yapı continues to progress. The company, which updated its road map in 2020, aims to focus on two areas from now on - design-oriented, original concept housing projects targeting the high-income group in Istanbul and Muğla; commercial real estate in the field of logistics in densely populated cities. ESSA Yapı, which has owned land in all its projects so far, still keeps all the commercial real estates it has developed in its portfolio.
